Biography:

Gayland has been married to his wife Angie for 14 years and they have four children. In 2014, he transitioned from a successful cattle ranching operation in Old Wives, Saskatchewan into a private real estate investment company, Panko Investments Ltd. After 10 years of cattle ranching with virtually no disposable income or family time, Gayland now works when he wants, and where he wants. He and his family are now splitting their time between Canada and Mexico.

Gayland's business and investing experience is extraordinary and diverse. Starting in 2011, while still full-time ranching, he acquired and divested real estate assets in Canada, the U.S., Mexico, and Brazil. He has an excellent reputation as someone who has committed his own capital first before risking anyone else's. He continues to grow with a few select partnerships with high net worth individuals, while selectively continuing to expand his personal portfolio.

Gayland continues to help his friends and neighbors chase cows, brand calves, and drive a combine or tractor. He is a supporter of the local 4-H Clubs, and donates to Food Banks Canada. Besides real estate, Gayland also enjoys reading, travelling, scuba diving, calf roping, riding his Harley, canoeing, snowboarding, hunting, fly fishing, and continuing his education.

How Your Coach will Help You Win:

Gayland is extremely pragmatic and analytical, constantly challenging popular misconceptions and clichés. He has the business and life experience to separate fact from fiction. You may or may not appreciate his down to earth (not necessarily politically correct) assessments.

He is the first to admit the mistakes he has made, and encourages you to acknowledge there is never a "one size fits all" solution, and there will always be risks that can be mitigated, but not eliminated. Investing properly takes integrity, accountability, intelligence, collaboration, courage, and most importantly, respect for others’ hard earned capital.

Gayland is a firm believer in taking action and learning by doing. He has experience in various asset classes including farmland, retail, office, industrial, multi-family apartments, single-family residential, mobile home parks, development land, pre-sale condos, and even hotels. If your plan involves creating a large portfolio of generational wealth, he should be the first person you talk to.
